However, creating daily action and consistency, this is where our focus and energy needs to go. It’s where the magic lies. It’s where we will see what our effort and activity is actually giving us. Emotions create our habits.
Habits are our automatic, unconscious actions, and they free our brains up to do thinking, problem-solving, cognitive tasks. Bottom line?
We want to focus on creating habits — rather than rituals and routines — so they can free up our brains to do problem-solving work to achieve other tasks.
Backing up our vision, goals, outcomes and aspirations with results-focused strategies based on research, science, models, maxims, methods or frameworks proven to get us where we want to go in the most efficient, effective way possible to get stuff done and achieve rapid results.
The world needs crazy ideas. It needs out of the box exploratory solutions. Every one of us has the power to make a difference.
