Change is a process of self-discovery.
But self-discovery for what? In service of what? Or in service or who?
It can often be easier to choose to stand for something or someone in order to show up, suit up, boot up, no matter what.
None of us knows who the real ‘us’ is.
Or is not.
Who we are depends on who we are in any given situation or any specific moment.
We are not fixed — there is only who we are in this moment, then who we are being in the next.
No one cares what is going on in our minds.
Or in our past.
What they do care about is how we are using our present capabilities to make life better for them.
Who do we care about?
Who do we seek to be of service to?
What work do we do in the world?
What value do we create?
What could we create?
Could we make exploring this the journey — our journey of change and discovery?
