Do you love Harry Potter? How about Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory? I’m partial to a bit of wizardry myself.

Harry Potter — Start of Term Feast — Warner Brothers

If I could wave a magic wand to fulfil your hearts desires, what are all the things you wish for? What would you love to create, experience and achieve? What do you want in life? I mean, truly, madly, deeply desire?
Let’s create your own delicious smorgasbord and feast of dreams (your desires, hopes, goals, aspirations and outcomes).
Don’t think about how you’ll do this; just get the ideas and magic out of your head and onto paper — make them visible. Think of today as generating all possibilities — laying out the full feast in front of you — tomorrow you’ll narrow your choices down, and I’ll teach you the fundamentals of how to design your recipes (the behaviours/actions to achieve your results).

For this, you’ll need to turbo-boost your imagination, a notebook & a pen.
You will have also already made your Lit vs. Cringe Zones to give you a solid place to start from…
(Do this now, or schedule at your Thinking Time)

As you think about your future, I powerfully invite you to manage your expectations — what you expect from other people. You’re free to want things for other people, but don’t go deciding their futures for them.

Back to you—Ask Yourself: What are the outcomes, results, dreams and things I want to create…
In my Career? Business? Relationships?
My Finances?
My Living Situation?
My Family?
My Health? Wellness?
My Creative Life?
My Emotional State?
Emotional Habits?
My Habits?
My Environment?
My Education?
My Personal Development?
My Community?
My Inner 5 (closest friends)?
My Doggo or Kitto goals?
What are the milestones I would love to hit?
What are the measures & metrics that matter to me?
How do I want to feel — consistently?

What are you here on the planet to
Do?
Share?
Give?
Be?
Create?

What’s your mission? What will be your next obsession? What’s your why?

Reasons Reap Rewards. Dare to Dream Big. Know your Why. Manage your expectations.

Spend 1–2 minutes and write a number next to each goal/dream:
Is this a 1,2,3,5,10 year goal? Start pondering your 3–5 most important goals, aspirations or outcomes for the next year? Why are these important?

Does this feel like it is still all too much to get started? Here’s the 30-second version. Close your eyes and think of one single thing — which doesn’t cause you any pain or negative emotions — that you would be proud to achieve in the next year. It mustn’t cause any negative feelings or anxiety when you think about it. Please write it down. You’re all set for tomorrow.

I would love to know what you experienced from doing this exercise. Comment below or on social media with the hashtag #PYR2020.
