De-cluttering for mental wellbeing.

--

Tomorrow is going to be just like today. Today was just like yesterday.
Unless we design our lives differently. Unless we create change.
To change our lives, we must implement systems and change our actions.
The easiest way to create behaviour change is to change our environment.
We can use this as motivation to get organised at home.

What is one quick, painless way to get started, no matter our level of organising skills, and to improve our mental wellbeing?

Adopt the Rule of Three
Every time we get up from our desk or walk through a room, put away three things. Or, each hour, devote three minutes to de-cluttering.

“Out of clutter, find simplicity.”― Albert Einstein.
