Ever shifting perspective = growth.

When people criticise and judge our opinions and work, the first question to ask isn’t whether they are right or wrong.
Instead ask: What can I learn from their perspective?

Even if they are judging us unfairly or harshly, we can still gain insights.
We can learn to manage how we react. If we respond poorly or cringe about it later, we can learn how to have a different reaction next time.

There are so many ways to see any given situation; it is kind of like trying on different hats or sunglasses.

Try them on for size.
Take them for a test run around the block.
If they don’t fit or suit? Take them off and put them on the shelf for some other time, knowing they are available to us at any time.

That’s how to shift perspective quickly and easily, with joy!
