Stop Listening. Start Talking.

Hey little, inner voice, it’s time to shut it.

We all have a little voice that chats away, inside our minds.
Internal chatter.
Our minds internal chatter.
Some people call it the Monkey Mind.

Have you ever thought about what would happen if you stopped listening to that little voice blab on about this and that, droning on and on about every little thing, like a broken record, and started talking to yourself instead?

Talking to yourself with conviction about —

What you’re born for.
What you’re made of.
Why you get up in the morning.
What you really want.

If we started talking to ourselves—
In an empowering way—
Instead of listening to ourselves,
And did it like we were a superhero,
And told ourselves magical stories about what we were born to do, and,
Why we can’t be anywhere else.
Imagine what would be possible!
If this was on a daily basis?!

The other voice,
You know the one,
The Monkey Mind,
The negative nelly that’s on autopilot,
Possibly saying ‘what little voice’ right now,
Yeah, that one.
It’s going on nearly every second,
Of every hour,
Of every day,
Of every week,
Throughout our lifetime.
It’s time to reign it in.

Tell yourself, with conviction.
What you stand for.
Why you’re here in the world.
Who you are here to serve.
Why it’s a must.
Who you love,
Who loves you.
What you were born to do,
And why you’ve gotta do it,
And have got to do it now.
